Department of the Interior (319 review if it impacts any historic structure or district on National Registrar of Historic Places, Federally preserved lands like National Parks, National Wildlife Refuges, preserved lands, etc. and Any New Jersey Green Acres lands purchased with federal Land and Water Conservation Funds need to be signed off on)
Delaware River Basin Commission (Determines who has jurisdiction, Holds public hearings, Creates strict construction requirements)
Since the pipeline cuts through the Joint Base, it could trigger a NEPA process.
